Star Like Object Over Lubbock Texas

Date:  November 11, 2012
Time:  Evening.

I'm watching it right now from my bedroom window in Lubbock Texas.

It moves slowly in a small elliptical motion. Is this a government test?

Additional Information:

Forgot to add, it's about 4 finger widths up from Orion's belt.

Green Light/Object Spotted Over South Lubbock Texas

Date:  August 31, 2012
Time:  Evening.

I saw something similar tonight in south Lubbock, TX. It appeared as a single green orb that would hover, disappear, then reappear in a different part of the sky.

I didn't appear to fall to the ground, but instead continued to fade in and out northward.
