Orange Colored Light/Object Over Brackenhurst Johannesburg South Africa

Time:  7:44 p.m.

 

I live in the south of JHB in Brackenhurst. Last night at 7:44 p.m. I noticed an orange orb in the sky. At first it looked like an airliner without strobes, but as it got closer I noticed no strobes.

 

I got my binoculars and checked it out. I could only see an orb and no other details. It flew at about 500 mph and seemed to be higher that 3000".

 

As it flew over Thokoza it seemed to climb higher and disappear.

 

I'm noticing a lot of anomalies in the skies these days...especially what appears like stars moving around oddly...can you shed any light on that maybe?
