A String Of 10 Lights/UFOs Hovering In The Sky Over Jackson Georgia (Nice Graphic)

Full Description of event/sighting: A friend and I were traveling in my car and came to a stop sign at a "T" intersection in Jackson, Georgia USA.

It was very dark as we were out in the country and there were no street lights within miles. When we stopped at the intersection, both of us looking through the front windshield noticed a string of large, bright round lights hovering just above a stand of pine trees that were approximately 70' in height and about 50 feet away.

We counted 10 lights in all and they were spaced approximately 20 feet or so apart. Just below each of the larger lights was a smaller light that was either strobing, or flashing.

We couldn't see any type of craft(s), so didn't know if the lights were attached to one object, or whether they were separate objects. Our first inclination was that these were helicopters.

I rolled down my window to see if I could hear anything, but there was no noise coming from whatever the lights may have been attached to. My friend then got out of the car to see if he could identify what they were.

He then jumped backed in the car, spooked, and asked me to "get us the hell out of here!" So I took a right hand turn and we sped away.

After going a few miles down the road our curiosity had gotten the best of us and we decided to turn around to go back to see if the lights were still there.

Upon returning to the intersection where we saw the lights we noticed they were still right where they were when we had left a few minutes prior, in the same position.

We stopped for a few seconds to look at them again and suddenly all 10 lights rotated to face us in the car. At this point both of us were freaking out and I said: "Whatever it is, it must be one ship with 10 lights". Then, all of the sudden, the lights took off from a standstill at such a speed that within literally 1 second they were past the horizon.

As the lights sped off they separated, and were probably miles apart by the time they were dots on the horizon.

Later that evening, after telling all of our friends and family about what we had seen, we called the radio station to see if any others had called in about the lights.

The person at the station said that no one else had reported seeing anything and that what we had seen was probably weather balloons. Since when do weather balloons travel at such speeds?

Additional Information:

Brian, I use Photoshop all the time so put together an image that looked almost exactly like what we saw. The lights were lined up above the trees just like this for about 10 minutes or so before they suddenly sped away at a speed difficult to comprehend.

Oval/Bullet Shaped UFO Spotted In The Sky Over Jackson Georgia

I saw this exact same UFO in 1996 in Jackson Georgia, it was a very secluded area in the woods.

It is extremely fast and capable of making fast curve motions.

It is oval (bullet) shaped and it was about the size of a car.

It passed by our car going in the opposite direction, and flew past the top of our car. I was about 14 with my mom driving.

12 Orange Lights/Object Seen Flying In The Sky From Decatur Georgia

Date:  February 8, 2013
Time:  Evening into early hours.

I just saw 12 of these orange lights on the night of February 8th going into early hours of the 9th. They moved at about 400-500 mph in a loose string formation taking roughly 5 minutes to pass.

They came from the direction of Stone Mountain and flew toward Atlanta Int'l airport. Now, ATL having the world's tallest control tower, someone there had to have seen them.

They made no sound and were just orange. No NAV or anti-collision lights. Currently trying to contact ATL's ATC to find if they saw anything.

I live in Decatur, GA right near Covington Hwy and I-285 on the Eastside of Atlanta.

8 Orange Lights Observed Over Stone Mountain East Atlanta Georgia

Date:  December 31, 2012 and January 1, 2013
Time:  Between midnight and 12:30 a.m.

We saw something similar over the Atlanta area. They seemed to originate near Stone Mountain (east of Atlanta) and generally moved in a northern direction. 

We saw a total of about 8 at different times between midnight and 12:30 a.m.  

We were watching fireworks also and wondered if this was some new kind.

Amber Colored Lights Seen Flying Above Atlanta Georgia

Date:  December 31st 2012
Time:  11:57 p.m

(Cabbage Town Area, East of Downtown Atlanta near Memorial Cemetery)

So I didn't say anything about this on New Years because my girlfriend and I weren't really sure what we had seen. After looking into it a little more, and sifting through some BS, I'm sure of what we both saw minutes before Midnight December 31st 2012.

I went outside to smoke a cigarette about 3 minutes before Midnight. The sky was a bit cloudy to the northwest over Atlanta. I've been seeing a lot of Military Craft over the city for about a year, so when I go outside I tend to look up.

About a minute before midnight, whilst looking over the city, I saw an amber light emerge from the clouds over the city. I thought maybe it was fire works being shot from the building tops, but I heard no sound of a mortar and the amber light didn't explode.

I watched it as it continued to move from the clouds and make a graceful, but quick, turn northward. This all took place within a 10-15 second time frame. As the Light straightened its course, I saw a 2nd amber light emerge from the clouds on the same flight path.

As this happened my girlfriend came outside to get me for the ball drop. I told her to look up and she saw the two amber lights. She asked me "Is that a plane?" and as she said that we both saw a plane approaching and the lights we clearly different.

Plus we could clearly hear the planes engines even from a distance, but had not heard a sound from the amber lights. As we continued to watch a third and then fourth amber light emerged, again, following the same flight path. We went inside to watch the ball drop.

Seconds after midnight I went back outside to see if they were still visible. I could only see the faint light of one way north of the city.

This is the first time I've ever seen something like this as close as we did. Based on time frames given in some other testimonials, it looks like we all might have seen the same UFOs. This is exciting for me!

I've been a long time believer and have always wanted that extra piece of solidification to secure my beliefs. Thanks.

3 Orange Glowing Objects/Lights Over Dobbins ARB Marietta Georgia

Its 2 days before Christmas 2012, dark and gloomy outside. My brother-in-law says, "quick, come outside and look at this".

There were 3 orange glowing objects going one after the other in a row quickly across the sky close to Dobbins AFB. we have never seen anything like them before.

They were not planes, helicopters, balloons, blimps, or anything I could name. I believe they may have been UFO's.

Streaking Green Light Seen Moving Across The Sky Outside Of Atlanta Georgia

Date:  November 16, 2012 and November 18, 2012
Time:  Approx: 12:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Around 12:00 a.m. on Friday November 16th 2012, we were driving south on I-75 just outside Atlanta when we saw a bright green light streaking across the sky. It was by far the brightest shooting star we'd ever seen.

On Sunday night around 7:30 p.m. we were driving back to Atlanta and saw a similar green light streaking across the sky as we were 8 miles from the airport. Both went almost straight down in the sky and appeared to be far away, like a shooting star.

The one we saw on Sunday looked like it burned up as the green light went out. On Sunday there were dozens of planes in the sky and this light moved 10 times faster than the planes. There is no way it was an airplane, flare gun, or anything we could imagine.

The fact that we saw this phenomenon twice in the same area is perplexing. The person I was with can offer the same testimony. Surely the planes that were in the sky must have seen it along with many other people in the area. 

When I Googled "green lights in the sky Atlanta" it led my to your site. I just want to know if anybody else saw it or if there is any explanation behind it.

Round Lights Moving In A Circular Pattern And Cross Shaped UFO Activity In Marietta Georgia

Date:  December 3, 2012
Time:  11:30 p.m.

I live in Marietta, GA located one mile from I 75 and I 575 and for several nights we have seen traveling circular lights moving in large circles at a fast rate of speed. It is going on as I write this (time: 11:30 p.m.).

This is the 6th night we have seen it. One time it divided into a humongous cross, getting wider at the base reaching from one horizon to the next. It moves quickly and is bright. I'm sure others have seen it.

We can see the beams moving horizontal not vertical like it is coming from the ground. It moves through the clouds and is constant with no deviation in size, shape or brightness. It is still out there. I just came in to see if others have reported it.

There is no sound. The cross was the strangest thing I have ever seen, a perfect cross with no deviation in brightness. It is now directly over the house. The movement patterns are moving and changing directions.

Ball Of Light Fell Out Of The Sky Over Snellville Georgia

Time:  Approx: 8:20 p.m.

My boyfriend and I were driving home about 15 minutes ago, saw it fall somewhere over Stone Mountain.

There is supposed to be a meteor shower tonight, but this was just a ball of light, no trail. 

Any ideas? The time was approx 8:20 p.m.

Additional Information:

We were driving down 78 in Snellville headed towards Stone mountain and the light seemed to fall right over the Stone Mountain area.

It was a large ball of light, a little larger than an airplane light, and it just dropped right down, no angle and no tail like the rest of the shooting stars, also it was a lot brighter than the streaks wee seen.

12 To 16 Orange/Yellow Lights Seen In The Sky Between Savannah And Brunswick Georgia

Time:  Evenings.

Hello, I can't open your video, but in 2010 my daughter and I were at the dock. It's a private community in South Georgia on the water. We saw at least 12 - 16. orange/yellow lights. Pulsating, almost like a pattern.

Then diminish and start over again. This was over the water. We are between Savannah and Brunswick. A lot of military bases. After watching for 30-45 minutes.  Helicopters were coming all around! Not like military that we usually see. Shining bright lights! Went on home.

We kind of were scared. From my bedroom I could hear the helicopters for at least 3  more hours. Didn't see anything again until September 3, 2012.  We were at the dock again. 1 bright orange light. Much different. Pulsating then another came out. 

There were others that didn't know what it was. Well, thank you, that's our story. I would like to see your video. I have never seen anything similar to my 1st experience. Yours sounds so similar.

4 Yellow/Orange Lights In The Sky Over Lake Lanier Georgia

Date:  August 11, 2012
Time:  10:00 p.m.

I was recently at a Lake Lanier lake house with a friend and we were out around the same time (10:00 p.m.) Saturday night star gazing on the docks and not just me, but him and his parents saw a similar sighting.

It was 4 yellowish-orange objects in the sky. Hovering slowly in like a triangle formation? Then before disappearing onto the tree line, they slowly vanished one by one. Just faded away.

I can't imagine any air craft that could be described like that.

Triangular Shaped UFO Spotted In The Sky Over East Atlanta Georgia

 

Date:  1984

Time:  Approx: 5:30 a.m.

 

When I was 13, living in east Atlanta, Ga., our car was broken so I had to ride my bicycle to a friends house early one morning to tell them my step dad needed a ride to work. It was around 5:30 a.m.

 

I heard a noise and looked upward to where I heard the noise and I saw a slow moving triangular shaped air craft (UFO) with multi colored lights, red, blue, yellow and green.

 

It did not make a noise like a jet, it was moving very slow, 20-30 mph would be my guess. I stopped and stood to watch this as it flew right over me. Literally! I could have thrown a rock and hit it!

 

I watched it until it was out of sight. I asked everyone I knew if they saw it, no one did. I was laughed at so I didn't mention again until now. This was in 1984.

 

I am 40 now. It may sound crazy, but it’s what I saw. Thanks.

10 To 12 Floating Orange Colored Lights Spotted In The Sky Over Kennesaw Georgia

Brian Vike, I just got home from my girlfriends house. I live in Kennesaw, GA. I was traveling on Old Villa Rica Road and made the left turn onto Barrett Pkwy and immediately saw 10-12 floating orange shapes that resembled jack-o-lanterns in the sky.  

 

They appeared to not be to high off the ground. I don't know if they were stealth UFO's, night parachutists or what. I am a former air traffic controller.

Orange Colored Lights Spotted Over Bulloch County Georgia

 

Date:  April 2012

Time:  Approx: 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

 

9:00 to 9:30 p.m. Bulloch County, Georgia, several nights for past year have witnessed several orange balls of light in sky in roughly same direction, northwest sky.

 

They appear and disappear in sequence. Stationary. Only for a few seconds. Different patterns. Weird. Tried to take pictures, but it wouldn’t register on camera.

 

I saw some jet activity during display tonight. There are sometimes 6 in a line, sometimes three, then another three. Sometimes 4 and sometimes 5. 5 witnesses. Any ideas?

 

Thought flares, but not in these varying patterns .

Unknown Orange Colored Lights Seen In The Sky Outside Of Wrens Georgia

 

Date:  April 24, 2012

Time:  Evening.

 

I am a resident of a community about 4 miles outside of Wrens and I have experienced some mysterious orange lights as well as my mom.

 

I just witnessed this tonight about 35 minutes ago and I had to Google and see if anyone had the same experience. I saw the lights on three different occasions in a matter of about 30 minutes, which was unbelievable.

 

My mom has also experienced the lights about a month ago. We've been seeing weird things out here, like random large red lights that disappear randomly also. We are about 30 miles from Fort Gordon and I wonder if its military related, but there is no sound.

 

Its very unusual and it would be great to be able to have someone with the equipment and time to record these happenings.
