8 Orange Red Coloured Objects/Lights Over Maple Ridge British Columbia

Date:  February 22, 2015
Time:  Approximately 6:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

I just read a blog on your website that described exactly what my husband and I witnessed that same night and time in the same neighbourhood (240th and 102nd).

The witness noted 2 orange orbs of flame travelling across the sky in the same direction just before dark.  We too witnessed these orangey-red orbs, but we actually watched at least 8 of them (from our upstairs window) travel in a northerly direction about 60 seconds apart, following the same path, and then just disappear.

We opened the window to see if we could hear a sound, but they were all silent and there were no blinking lights, definitely not any type of plane.

It was the first time either of us have witnessed anything like it, and after the first 6 had passed, we actually started to feel a bit frightened not having any idea as to what they could be.

Since then, we have been trying to find an explanation with no luck, but are now quite excited to discover that there were other witnesses!

8 Orange/Red Objects/Lights Seen In The Sky Over Gonzales Louisiana

Time:  6:55 p.m.

Number of Objects: 8
Shape of Objects: Not sure what to call it.
Colour of Object: Orange/Red.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving down the road headed home and I saw these lights ahead to the left.

At first I thought they were towers, but as I got closer I realized it we do to have towers there. I continued straight ahead and they appeared to be moving slowly from my 10 o'clock to my 12 o'clock.

They were in the sky, but didn't appear to be far off. I immediately called my fiancé who was in his car in front of me and he thought they may be air balloons (it was dark out).

But then we realized they definitely weren't air balloons. The closer we got, they started to fade away. One by one.

I tried to record but, my phone said there wasn't enough space to take any pictures.

They had all disappeared by the time we were driving right under them. Scariest thing I've ever seen. I want to know what these things were!

Red Triangular Of 8 Lights Over Parksville Vancouver Island British Columbia

Time:  Evening.

Lights in the sky. Hello my name is (Name removed). I live in mid town Parksville.

Last night I was on my balcony, I saw the red triangular lights in the sky. I questioned what I was seeing. I saw a total of 8, they just kept coming.

They seem to turn into stars. I saw one veer left, other than that they all kind of flew straight up and disappeared. I was baffled.

Glad to know I was not the only one to see them.

Let me know if you ever find out what they were. I am using my daughters computer, so ill check my email next week.

7 To 8 Orange Balls Of Light Spotted In The Sky Over Winnipeg Manitoba

Last night around 10:30 p.m. I was driving down Inkster towards route 90. Just after Kewatin. Me and my friend saw about 7 or 8 bright glowing balls of light all traveling north. 

We thought it may have something to do with Chinese New Year, but that was last week and they moved pretty fast. After 3 balls made a kind of triangle, they disappeared. Then the next 3 did the same thing.

8 Orange Lights In A V Formation In The Sky Over Bellingham Washington

Hey! last night February 16, 2013 over the sky's of Bellingham Washington we saw about 8 orange lights in a V formation slowly traveling over the sky. t

Then one by one they disappeared heading east towards Spokane Washington. Around 6:35 p.m. I am wondering if there is an explanation for this occurrence.

8 Circles Of Bright Orange Lights Flying Over Los Cabos Mexico

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I woke up 1:30 a.m. to witness 8 circles on a formation from top to bottom with one on each side at the lowest point much bigger the formation over the Ocean.

7 Or 8 Red Lights Floating Up Into The Clouds Seen Over Elk Grove California

Hi, my name is (name removed), I just read your posting about the floating red lights. I was searching the internet because my brother and I just seen the same thing about an hour ago. (7:00 p.m. 1/25/2013)

We noticed about 7 or 8 red lights floating up into the cloud while pulling into our driveway around the intersection of Gerber and Power Inn.

They were to the south of us, in the direction of Elk Grove. If you have any luck figuring out what they were I would be interested to know.

8 To 10 Bright Orange/Red Lights In The Sky Over Winter Park Florida

I tried to connect to the link to share my sighting from 02/02/2013, but I can not connect to it. I saw about 8-10 bright orange/red lights in an odd formation and moving slow and very odd.

I work in the flight industry and see aircraft of all sorts and traffic patterns and holding patterns all the time. These acted like no aircraft, but acted like no meteor, or natural occurrence.

What I saw seemed to be piloted they would move this way then the next then in less than a minute they all faded out one by one started from the middle of the formation out.

Incredible, unfortunately I could not get my camera to pick up what I was seeing.

8 To 10 Orange Lights Flying Over Miramar Florida

December 31st, 2012 at Miramar, Florida I saw maybe 8 -10 orange lights.

They were definitely not airplanes or fireworks, just not sure what the heck they are.

If they're aliens, I wish they would just show themselves, maybe they're attracted to fireworks, since we've seen them on December 24 as well. So curious to know what they are.

8 To 10 Red Colored Lights In The Sky Over Miami Florida

Time:  Approx: 10:30 p.m.

Hello, I  have seen roughly 8-10 of these reddish colored UFO lights hovering over the dad eland Miami, Florida area. The first occasion was about 2 and a half weeks ago, I saw them around 9:00 p.m. walking home from the gym.

They looked to be hovering close to one another and definitely not planes or helicopters. I tried to film or even get a picture, but nothing came out. They lasted for a good 20 minutes slowly vanishing one by one.

This was a very weird experience and thought nothing of it until the reappeared on Sunday 3 days ago the same amount of 8 or 9 or 10 of them this time around 10:30 p.m. around the Tamiami airport.

They were hovering and not flying in any way and were definitely not helicopters red in color. I am sure these were the same lights and UFOs I had seen the first time. They lasted again for about 20 minutes.

I actually followed hem to where they were brightest. I saw them on US-1 Dadeland area and they seemed to be around the Tamiami airport area. I am not the only one that saw this, two of my friends were with me the second time and witnessed them themselves before. What is going on?

8 Silent Fireballs Seen In The Sky Above Fort Myers Florida

Time:  Approx; 11:45 p.m.

Hello, I live in Fort Myers, Florida and last night about 11:45 p.m. roughly I was on my lanai and out of the corner of my eye I saw some strange glowing lights. These objects seemed to be round in shape, mostly orange with red.

They looked like fireballs. First set was I believe like 5 of them, followed by a set of 3, and the last one was solo. At first I thought it may be a comet or possibly fuselage or debris of some sort, as I said they looked like fireballs and whatever it was looked like on fire.

They were completely silent which really seemed strange, no sound at all, nothing.

They were moving sporadically up and down, pulsating type light of orange/red glow in no way symmetrical, like a fire, but they didn’t have a tail like you would expect from something that high above they weren’t affected by gravitational pull whatsoever.

They seemed to be heading east, then I would say in about a 5-10 miles they turned sharp due almost directly north. Just passing along a strange sighting.

8 Orange Lights Seen In A Row In The Sky Over Oviedo Florida

Date:  January 12, 2013
Time:  Evening.

Hi, we were riding or bikes and we hit a patch where we could see nothing but open sky, this is when I noticed about 8 orange lights in a row.

Hard to say how high or how far apart, but if I had to guess.

Over 10,000 with a couple miles between heading from the east to the west. They would get to almost above us and then they would disappear on the same spot. They stopped after 5 minutes, they were all gone.

I have a video, but it is horrible quality and you can only see one for a couple second.

It was odd off my camera phone zoomed in. We are in Oviedo, Florida.

Additional Information:
The below follow-up was done by a fellow who is helping me out. It is greatly appreciated.

It was my son was with me and I didn't see anyone else in the area. The weather was perfectly clear, not a cloud in the sky.

The lights did not appear to be attached to anything, we saw the from the  horizon until about an 80 degree angle. Then they vanished one at a time in the same general area.

It was like they were following the same path. I have a really bad video of them I uploaded to Facebook, not sure if you can see it or not, but here is the link.

Also I would says that these items were about a mile apart from each other. They were coming in and vanishing about a minute apart. I could not tell you the altitude that they were flying.

8 Orange Lights Observed Over Stone Mountain East Atlanta Georgia

Date:  December 31, 2012 and January 1, 2013
Time:  Between midnight and 12:30 a.m.

We saw something similar over the Atlanta area. They seemed to originate near Stone Mountain (east of Atlanta) and generally moved in a northern direction. 

We saw a total of about 8 at different times between midnight and 12:30 a.m.  

We were watching fireworks also and wondered if this was some new kind.

6 To 8 Glowing Red Lights In The Sky Over Rocky Point North Carolina

Date:  December 31, 2012
Time:  About 9:20 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Hi, my name is (name removed), originally from Florida. I remember as a small girl while my parents were out for the evening, my baby sitter and I went outside to talk to her boyfriend who stopped by.

Upon gazing at the sky I noticed something unusual. I found out the next day that the Opa- Locka, Fla. airport had had several calls about  see a UFO. 

Well I'm 48 years old and almost 40 years later I'm in another part of the country and noticed something that looked a little out of the ordinary. It was about 9:20 p.m. -9:30 p.m. last night December 31, 2012. Was taking my little girl to a friends for a sleep over. 

Traveling north along Hwy.117 toward Rocky Point and Burgaw, I spotted in the sky 6 or 8 red glowing objects to the east of us. It was really dark and cloudy. I've been a true star gazer every since that night 40 years ago in Opa Locka.   

Not to mention I'm a Libra, and believe in all that horoscope stars stuff. Which most think I'm weird. But, I'm OK with that. Nothing wrong with being a little strange. LOL.

Anywho, my daughter noticed them as well. So, I pulled over, tried to call my husband to tell him. I was so excited that I couldn't get my voice command on cell phone to work. I got out the SUV, tried to take a picture with my cell phone, but the objects were to far, that I couldn't get anything to show on my phone. 

I decided to press on and take my daughter to her friend, but in the meantime I finally calmed myself enough to contact my husband. 

The objects were in perfect formation, diamond shaped with two on point. There was a total of six, maybe 8. One at point disappeared, the ones in diamond formation, came together then separated before disappearing. The last one on point at the back of diamond lasted the longest.

While we were heading down the highway, the last one disappeared. But, then I noticed above something red and glowing flew past us in a flash, I was discussing the events with my husband, then when that happened I asked my daughter if she saw the same thing, she said yes, and starting crying.

I know this might seem a little crazy, but I still believe we're not the only ones in this small galaxy we call a universe, and I'm still unsure what it was we saw.  

I thought I would share. We also received a call from some friend that were closer to Wilmington, NC just south of Rocky Point, NC and asked if we saw lights. They had seen them as well, they thought it might Chinese lanterns.

8 Large Orange/Red Balls Of Light Over Lakeland Florida

Date:  December 31, 2012 and January 1, 2013
Time:  10:30 p.m. – 11:40 p.m. and 12:05 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. -

1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.

Me and my boyfriend were outside and saw 8 different big orange/red balls of light right over my house.

They would fall from the sky slowly then stop and float around a bit. At some point 2 came falling from the sky stopped over the house and started floating around each other.

After those 2, one came from by the moon and flew directly over mine and my boyfriends heads. All these lights would just hoover and the slowly disappear into nothing.

We live in Lakeland, Fl. Times were around December 31, 2012 at 10:30 pm 11:40 January 1, 2013 at 12:05 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.

8 To 10 Lights Seen High In The Sky Over Fairmont British Columbia

Time:  Approx: 11:30 p.m.

Hi, this is just to confirm your sightings. My wife and I were returning from the Black Forest Inn about 11:30 p.m. after dinner on New Years eve. We first noticed the lights when we were about 5 km north of Fairmont.

There were about 8-10 so at first and were quite stationery and very bright we thought they were lights at the ski hill, but seemed very high. As we approached Fairmont 80 kpm zone it became obvious they were much higher I would guess 5-10,000 feet or more and some started to fade and gradually disappear.

We parked below the grocery store at Fairmont and watched as they all disappeared in a  SSE direction. They appeared to travel away at a high rate of speed as they faded out of sight.

8 Red Balls Of Light Flying Over The State Of Maryland

I am in Maryland and me and a couple of friends were outside shortly after midnight when we saw 3 red balls of light and then 2 more and then about 8 all together. Hovering in the sky.

Then it looked like a ball of fire fall toward the ground. It was very freaky. None of us have ever seen anything like this before. I was wondering if anyone else in Maryland might have seen it also.

6 To 8 White Lights In The Sky Over West Palm Beach Florida

Date:  December 31, 2012
Time:  Evening.

Brian, my girlfriend and I saw these things on our way home from dinner in West Palm Beach. Never saw anything like it. There were about 6 to 8 white lights, not blinking and flying very slow, in formation. 

Then, it appeared as if some of them were dimming and slowly, all but three disappeared. Those three turned direction and started flying the other way, slowly and then suddenly disappeared. 

We were absolutely stumped at trying to come up with an explanation as to what they were and still have no idea. I immediately came home and looked up on the internet to see if anyone else reported seeing them. 

They were definitely not planes as they would change direction in a second. Very odd. Please let me know if you discover what they were.

8 To 10 Orange Lights Flying In The Sky Seen From Hudson Valley New York

Date:  January 1, 2013
Time:  After midnight.

Can't figure out how to post on your site. But I was just outside (about 100 miles north of NYC in the Hudson Valley) a couple minutes after the ball dropped and my fiancé and I saw 8-10 orange lights flying from the south to the northeast.

They were for the most part flying two at a time and disappeared behind the clouds after a minute or two. They were low flying and seemed to have a direct flight plan but at the same time varied in altitude as they went.
