Witness Observes Star Like Object/Light Over Eau Claire Wisconsin (Update: International Space Station)

Time:  6:15 a.m.

Hi, I live in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and at approximately 6:15 a.m. this morning, what at first I thought was a star, (Dog Star of the  morning sky), move easterly towards me at the speed of a helicopter.

I watched it to see if it was, and as it passed overhead, there was no noise.

It was too low for a satellite. The thought of a drone entered my mind, what say you? Thanks.

Green/Blue UFO Rounded On Top With 3 Landing Legs Seen Over Wisconsin United States

I saw similar September 5, 2011 at 6:19 a.m. on my way to work. There was fog ahead, when something caught my eye to the left of my windshield. I looked up and saw a green object falling straight down like a drop of Doom ride falls, straight down not on an angle and then disappeared behind the trees.

I saw the shape of the object, it was very clear between me and the fog ahead. It was illuminated a greenish/bluish colour.

It looked like it may have been that color, so as not to be seen in the sky, but the fog on the other side of it made it stand out.

The shape was rounded top and 3 landing legs, hard to describe, imagine a bit like an octopus shape.

9 Red/Orange Balls Of Light In The Sky Over Burlington Wisconsin

Date: January 1, 2013
Time: about 12:05 a.m.

At a few minutes after midnight, the morning of January 1, 2013, I observed nine orange-red lights flying along a northeast-to-southwest straight-line trajectory over Burlington, Wisconsin (Racine County, approximately 30 miles southwest of Milwaukee).

The initial observation was of three incredibly bright reddish orange lights (orbs/fireballs) moving slowly across the sky in a close triangular formation. This was followed shortly after (while the "triangle" was still visible) by a pair of identical lights following in tandem along the same path, one light slightly ahead of the other.

Two more identical "pairs" of lights came immediately afterwards moving in the same path and the same pattern. When the final pair of lights was approx. directly overhead, the triangle was still only faintly visible towards the western horizon.

The lights did not burn out or fall out of the sky; rather they moved so far (south)westward that they became like pinpricks in the sky before becoming no longer visible.

The entire event lasted for about 5 minutes, at the least. They moved in what appeared to be a straight line without deviation.

The fireballs had no discernible exterior features, even when viewed through low-power binoculars. The light remained constant in color and size, although some of the orbs appeared to grow brighter as I observed them.

Their brightness was comparable to that of a professional firework, although these did not explode, and were certainly not fireworks of any sort.

Their color was similar to that of the sun when it is still orange at the break of dawn.

Their apparent size was (at their closest approach) a bit smaller than a basketball. There was no sound associated with the event. Nor was their any other non-normal occurrence during or afterwards, as far as I observed.

The event was also witnessed by my mother, who described to me what she had seen before I mentioned anything about what I had seen; our observations matched. She witnessed slightly more of the event than I did, because I ran into the house to get the binoculars, but she says nothing different than what I have already described occurred during that time.

The event was not witnessed by people (co-workers at my third shift job) driving to Burlington from Waterford (a town a few miles to the north of Burlington) at the same time it was going on.

Whether this is because it was not visible from there, or because they just weren't paying attention, I'm not sure.
(Note: Despite it being New Year's Eve, neither I nor my mother had been drinking. Nor do we take any sort of mind-altering drugs!)

15 Red/Orange Lights Flew Over Sheboygan Wisconsin

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I went outside to take out the garbage and I saw three reddish orange lights in the sky. These particular ones were in a triangular formation.

I called my husband to come out and he also saw them. When those past by we saw about six more almost paired together. Then there were a few single ones. There was no noise from them at all.

It immediately got cloudy after that. That was the first time I had ever seen anything like that!

Streaks Of Light Seen In The Sky Over Marshfield Wisconsin

I saw two bright streaks in the sky west of Marshfield Wisconsin. 

The other was a cloudlike streak looking to be coming down towards earth. All three of the objects were seen about 5:00 p.m. tonight. 

The two streaks appeared after the other thing disappeared. One streak was more south

I suppose then west. This is weird.

Orange Light In The Sky Over Caledonia Wisconsin

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Moved across the sky south to north. One orange light. I was trying to tell if it was three lights in a triangle, but it appeared as one light to everyone else. It didn't appear as a fireball, but a light.

It had no sound, no tail, and no flashing lights. My guess is it traveled about 3 miles in about 20 seconds. Disappeared into the clouds in the horizon. I am generally skeptical but I never saw anything like this before.

UFOs Seen Over Two Nights - Black Triangle And Huge Cylinder Craft Seen Over Oconomowo Wisconsin

Hello, my name is (name removed), I am from Oconto, Wisconsin and have been seeing things in our skies for the past month.

It all started last month in September my husband and our 3 children went to Oconomowoc to visit his mother and brother.

On our first night there we went for a walk, my husband and I by ourselves around the city. We stopped by the local lake and were just sitting there on a bench overlooking the water at about 10:00 p.m. central time.

Approximate date was September 19, 2012. As we were sitting there I noticed a flashing red light approaching us from the left in the sky, I at first thought it was a helicopter or plane.

We continued talking and it circled back around the lake towards us, still flashing its red light.

At this point I pointed it out to my husband and we both noticed there was no sound coming from this craft. Our curiosity got the better of us and we started to follow it the best we could.

We went on a point of land that went out towards the water and noticed about 3 other objects in the night sky seeming to almost be going around in circles.

We looked over towards downtown Oconomowoc, Wisconsin and noticed a triangular black craft hovering very low over the buildings with the red blinking object up above it.

At that point a brilliant streak of white light like a comet flashed above our heads and joined the red blinking light above downtown.

I could not believe what we were seeing and ran home to his mothers house for her and his brother to see these craft.

They came out on the back stairs of her apartment also located in downtown Oconomowoc and they also observed these craft flying around.

We continued to walk around the town for a couple hours and observed these craft the whole time we were out there.

The next night around dusk we were walking to the local park to get our vehicle and passed a young couple walking by us, and my husband made the comment to them hey did you guys see all those UFO's last night?

The male answered no, but we want to see if we can see them tonight because we heard about it. We continued on our way until we got to the bridge that crosses over the lake and at that point my husband screams out "there it is", there it is, look at that.

At which point I looked up and saw a light way up in the sky. At that point I saw a bright white light coming from the right of the bridge very, very low.

I turned at that point forward to run away terrified and there was a huge cylinder shaped object with colored windows all around it about 200 feet above my face.

I ran terrified for my life thinking they were going to hurt us, since they were down so low and seemed to come out of nowhere in a residential neighborhood no less.

There were 4 male witnesses to this event also, what be came of them after that, I have no idea as we had passed them on our way crossing the bridge.

Sorry if I'm all over the place with this, but this event has changed my life and thinking so much it's terrifying.

We ran to our vehicle and started it up and sped off to his mothers house and called the police to report what happened, they basically laughed at me and said they would check into it.

The craft we saw with the all the colored windows, was spotted again when looking out his mothers window in the apartment, by myself and his mother and brother hovering over main street about 2,000 feet with white lights going all along the side of it.

I honestly thought at that point we were being invaded and as scared to death. We are not crazy people, we are a young couple with 3 young children that just wanted to visit our family for a long weekend and the whole experience has changed my life.

I try talking to other people and they acted like we are crazy. I am so glad that other people are witnessing this phenomenon also, so we don't feel so alone.

Ever since this happened, we can look out and almost always spot something in the sky that is not of terrestrial nature.

I've been doing so much praying to keep our family safe from whatever is going on.

It was intriguing at first, but when they came out of nowhere right above our heads and it scared the hell out of me especially since we have been seeing them repeatedly since this has happened.

I don't even like to go out at night anymore because I don’t want to see these things ever again.

10 Or 12 Balls Of Light In The Sky North River Falls Wisconsin

Date:  October 6, 2012
Time:  Approx: 7:30 p.m.

I also saw a formation of about 10-12 balls of light flying east and rising from below cloud level up into the clouds.

Time was about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 6th, but location was just north of River Falls, Wisconsin until we lost sight of them as they rose up into the clouds just outside the north side of River Falls.

Lights were moving general east and rising. We heard no engine sounds but got out of our car just before we lost sight of them and still heard nothing as the final orb was rising into the clouds.

The orbs seemed to flicker very slightly, perhaps as they passed through clouds, and appeared white to orange. This is quite a way from Oconomowoc, though.

I could not estimate speed but they were moving faster than 65mph for sure since they pulled ahead of our car as we approached town. Also not sure of altitude but at some point they were all below cloud level, and it was a cold, overcast night.

Round Red/Orange Colored Lights Seen Over St Croix Falls Wisconsin

St Croix Falls, WI  at about 8:30 pm. One orange fireball flying north to south at level of a jet moving at about the same speed. Two more followed and they all faded as they moved south. The were silent.

Looked through binoculars and they appeared orange with red tinge on edges. Edges were like fire-like no discernable shapes other than the spherical balls. Never seen anything like it.

Intense Red Light Hovers At 100 Feet Lighting Up The Trees At Franksville Wisconsin

I found your story that was posted while looking for similar stories of mine. Mine happened years ago, approximately 1990.

While traveling north on hwy H towards hwy K at that intersection is Franksville Park. Over the park, and hidden by the oaks, there was an intense red light approximately 100 feet in the air, and lighting up the trees.

Cars were pulling over, so I drove west on hwy K to try to get a better view. I pulled over about a mile away and couldn't see it any more. I did see 2 groups of 3 jets flying south, towards me, from the direction of Milwaukee. I watched until they flew out of my sight. Just thought I'd share

Orange Fireballs In The Night Sky Over Oconomowoc Wisconsin

Time:  8:20 p.m.

This happened tonight, October 6, 2012 at 8:20 p.m. My 7 year old saw them first. They were orange, like fire balls. There were about 12 in the first group travelling east. 

There were more groups that followed, but these groups were smaller, 2 or 3 at a time. They were travelling slower than a jet. We could here a faint engine sound. 

As they passed us, the lights disappeared in the sky (like they only had one light in the front). 

My 14 year old daughter took video. They are a little faint, but you can see the balls in the sky.

4 Bright Orange Balls Of Light Flying In The Sky Over Racine County Wisconsin

Driving down Kinze Avenue and I saw 4 huge bright orange balls of light over the tree tops. When I got to the Walgreens on 20, I got out and stood there with at least a dozen other people just in awe.

Some people were filming it with cell phones or taking pictures. Perfect orange, never changed color. The changed position many times within their little space, but never moved over, higher or lower.

Beautiful and a little un nerving. That was October 1, 2012 about 8:00 p.m. Nothing on the news or in the papers or course.

Solid Orange Colored Light Seen In The Sky Over Southern Wisconsin

Time:  Approx: 8:05 p.m.

Hello, a few friends and I saw a bright orange light go across the sky last night in southern Wisconsin Wednesday, September 26 at about 8:05 p.m. Central time. It was a single, solid orange light and went east to west at a steady speed before flickering a bit and then disappearing around the big dipper. 

We watched for about 2-3 minutes. I've been looking on the web for similar sightings last night but all I've found is similar sightings from weeks and months previous. Also nothing in the news about a meteor or comet that was visible last night.
