Fast Moving Orange Object Seen Over The Suburbs Of Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Time:  Evening.

Hey my name is (name removed) and I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

I saw a single orange oval flying quite fast above my apartment last night, at first I thought it was a meteor because there is a meteor shower, but then it started to make 90 degree turns and then it dimmed away and reappeared doing a circle path.
