Orange Colored Ball Of Light Seen In The Sky Over York County Pennsylvania

Time:  Approx: 11:00 p.m.

 

Hello, not quite sure who I'm e-mailing, but last night May 3rd, 2012, I saw a bright orange ball in the sky. Not sure if it was moving, if it was it was barely. This caught my attention because I had not seen anything like this before. 

 

Especially it was strange as it had just stormed and the sky was so dark you couldn't even see a star. I live in York PA., and it was before 11:00 p.m. The orange ball was in the the northwestern sky.

 

I washed up for bed and was just kind of scratching my head, what is that. 

 

As I laid in bed, it was bugging me so I got back up and looked out the bathroom window again and it wasn't there anymore. 

 

So the next day I looked it up on the internet hoping someone else or the news reported something and I found this website with people describing the same thing.
