Time: Approx: 6:00 p.m.
Shrewsbury, PA. Last night (12/26/12) around 6:00 p.m. as I happened to look out my kitchen window the entire sky lit up bright green in a huge flash. Then the power went out.
The sky continued to flash green several more times.A neighbor informed us a transformer up the road had blown. I assumed that is what had caused the green sky, but now I am thinking the green flash is what blew the transformer.
Power is back now, but very creepy!
