Hello Brian, my name is (name removed). I'm looking at strange lights over my home ( French Creek Town Homes French Creek Drive Rochester NY).
The 4 individual lights remain in the same general area come together and then move outward away from the center to 4 corners (points) and spin approximately 180 degrees every 7 seconds. 8:20 p.m. and still see them at 9:25 p.m. Never seen anything like this.

Also, please feel free to send in your sightings that have happened years ago. So many of these older sightings are nothing short of amazing.
