Hello, I was looking online to see if anyone else saw the orange/red lights on the sky on December 24, 2012, and I stumbled into your site.
I was driving with my brother to my aunt's house to celebrate Christmas eve, when suddenly we see a couple o red/orange lights in the sky, completely still and lined up in a straight line.
I looked down to get my phone out, and when I looked up, about half of them had disappeared, then slowly the rest kept disappearing into the clouds.
My brother took a picture of only one of them, I wish we could have taken a picture of them lined up, but this picture was taken right before the last one disappeared.
They were headed NW of our location, around Miramar, in Broward FL around 7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. They seemed to be headed towards the Everglades.

I live up in Maine and on December, 24th around 6:30pm I saw several to nine different orange red pulsing lights ball shaped. No distinct pattern to them at all, as they were sprawled out in different areas around each other but not a super close distant. My step father, Father, Mother, and Sister all saw it together. It lasted for about several minutes before disappearing one by one. The thing is its not the first time ive experienced something similar. It was many years ago however, when my friend and I saw at least 3 white lights around each other forming a triangle type shape. Must have been 9 pairs of these white lights arising from behind the tree lines upwards very slowly.
