I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and I saw lights too they were going around and then coming together in the middle was trying to figure it out

11:15 pm, 12/20/12 Ft. Lauderdale I am on the beach in Hollywood Beach and witnessed orange lights flying in pairs, parallel to the beach, heading north east, hard to tell how high, maybe 2 or 3 thousand feet, I saw 3 pairs and the last one was by itself. They had no sound as normal planes or helicopter. They gradually gained altitude and as they went north, they veered east out over the ocean. I am going back outside now to see what else may be up, time is now 11:55 pm
