Red Objects Seen Flash Lights Back And Forth Over Sevierville Tennessee

Date:  August 20, 2012
Time:  9:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 2
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My friend and I were in the back yard watching for comets, when we saw a large glowing red object with a smaller glowing red object beside or in front of it. The objects seemed to be a single craft, approaching west to east towards us.

I cannot be sure how far away it was, but it seemed to be within a few miles in front of me, and maybe only a few hundred yards from the ground. It was much closer and lower than any airplane could get, and much brighter and there were no flashing lights and made no noise at all.

After a minute or two of heading from the west towards us, it stopped within a mile of us and a series of bright multi-colored lights lit up around the perimeter of the large red object in a side to side motion, the small red object and the large red object separated rapidly and appeared to either be two crafts or one large craft.

After the separation, they gradually separated further and further they seemed to be blinking lights back and forth in strange patterns to each other, then they both quickly headed south, within a minute they were gone... out of sight.

It was incredible, something is going on here in east Tennessee. I have also seen a large Triangle craft so close I could almost touch it in Gatlinburg 2010. Does anyone know what the hell is going on.
