Yes, my husband saw the exact same phenomena, but not on that night, but on September 29, 2012 around 9:00 p.m. We were coming home from dinner traveling down Red Lyon Five Points drive when we saw exactly the same thing happen.
I did report it on another site as well and found out several other people saw the exact same phenomena on September 29, 2012. And now I read another person from Springboro, Ohio on a different night seeing the exact same thing.
What is really getting very interesting to me is that I saw the same exact phenomena in July of 2010 in the same area.
Please note: Last night around 9:00 p.m. my husband and I were outside and we saw a fixed multi-colored light source in the sky at the same location as we saw what we thought was a meteor falling on September 29th, 2012.
The light source was in the same position in the sky for over 20 minutes ranging in color from red, green and white. We thought it was a plane at first, but it never moved, so we ruled that out. I got our binoculars out and looked at it and it just looked like colors flashing in the sky.
Either it’s the biggest hoax going on in our area of Springboro, Ohio, or there is really something going on that might need further investigation from someone. Very strange and there are too many people seeing and reporting sightings in our area of Ohio.
