Date: January 1, 2013
Time: After midnight.
I live in Shingle Springs California. I seen 3 orange /red lights also. It was just a little past midnight on 1/1/13 and I walked out my front door which I live upstairs and right there in the sky were these lights.
They did not move and it looked like the Orion belt, but one by one they just slowly vanished.
Since then I’ve been trying to find out more information about this, but haven't seen much. It was crazy.
