Date: December 31, 2012
Time: Before midnight.
My boyfriend and I were getting ready to ring in New Year. We were outside in our Jacuzzi and opening a bottle of champagne waiting for ball to drop when I spotted a bunch of white flashing moving lights in sky facing moon.
Then they all moved together towards northern hemisphere and were just sitting still, but flashing or twinkling like a star. They were very bright white circular looking objects.
Some moving around and up and down very fast, then a few more showed up then they got brighter and disappeared behind trees as we couldn't see them. Then they disappeared.
Then about 2 minutes after midnight we saw 3 more show up and they did same thing. The other ones formed a triangular shape in a distance from each other and then they were gone.
We were so freaked out, we didn't think to grab my boyfriends cell and take pictures or video.
I counted the ones prior and the new ones there were like total of 12 all together. So strange/weird I can’t really shake the feeling or figure out what I saw.
Started listening to news to see if anyone else saw this too. A few things came up under Google of others spotting one object in sky in FL, in Boynton Beach and another in Daytona FL.
